Blue tit with extra feathers.

At first I thought there was something wrong with this little guys eye. However I now think there are extra feathers growing over the eye. The wing too seems to have some extra feathers.
ps. I think it is a girl- apparently a high forehead mens it is a girl. The males have a lot less white above their eyes like this one here.
