Hairy Woodpecker seeks breakfast

We got our first major snow dump in southern Ontario last night. In Aurora, we got about 10-15 cm. Down the highway, out London way, they got closer to 30 cm. I cleared off the surfaces and put out more birdseed for the critters. This male hairy woodpecker was pleased that I did and posed for a few photos.
