Clunie Wood

Hubby and I decided to blow the cobwebs away with a 7 mile walk around Clunie woods out by Pitlochry. The weather was bright but cold, so well wrapped up we set off. The route went through forest and moor. Before heading out over the moor we trekked up to a communications mast to see the view from there - amazing, but no photo taken as there were pylons in the way. Eventually got back to our starting point at the Pitlochry Festival Theatre car park, so decided to pop in to the theatre café for a restorative cup of tea and a cake (well I'd just used up a lot of calories) before heading home :)
