Custom-made

When our daughter came over today, she was wearing a perfectly fitting pair of black leather boots. She commented that they were custom-made and she has never had a pair quite as comfortable, a pair that did not even need to be broken-in! Very chic and sleek!

It was Grey Cup Game Day - the Saskatchewan Roughriders trounced the Hamilton Tiger Cats. The Roughriders were in their home town, and probably have the most loyal fans in Canadian Football. They were dressed and in the team colors and when the cameras panned the stands, all you could see was a wave of green! Even many of the faces were painted.

Though I do like to watch some football, this evening I had more fun playing with our grandson and planning some photo books with our daughter. Maybe if our home team had been in the finals, it would have grabbed my attention a bit more. However, I am happy for all those exuberant Saskatchewan fans!!
