2013 Challenge - Mandated

Some of the props for Bethlehem Story were placed inside the choir room for safe -keeping from the outdoor elements as well as easy access to get them into their proper positions for the production nights.
Our Sunday School class meets in this room, so our teacher had the Governor's official seat (I don't know what to call it - it isn't really a throne) as his chair this morning.
With such an impressive and official looking chair, it seems logical that his lessons should be Mandated knowledge.

However did we get the word mandated as part of our challenge? I can't recall…...
