New view

So we have signed a lease for a flat and we should move in before I start work.

So we have settled for a flat that is close to the school but a commute to work and one that has more space than the average HK flat. We no longer have a view of the sea but do have a fairly open outlook from the balcony. The showers must be better than the old flat and becasue it is a year old all the fittings are new.
