A bird in the bush

A bird in the hand may be worth two in the bush but one in the bush is better than none at all. This buzzard was taken from a very great distance. He was very big.

Perhaps someone who knows about birds could tell me whether it's a juvenile???

Lovely walk with Beth up from Llanbedr today. Sun all the way. Sitting in the hollow yew in Llanbedr churchyard on the way back made me feel ageless!
