Machrihanish

Today MrsCyclops and I took a drive down through Tarbert to Campbeltown, then on to Southend at the southern tip of the Mull of Kintyre. We came back up via Carradale, and tonight we're staying in Inverary. We were able to have a nice relax in the swimming pool before sitting down to our 6-course taster menu dinner!

This picture is from the north end of the beach at Machrihanish, a Site of Special Scientific Interest thanks to it's dune system. This was one of many interesting little stops during the course of the day!
