to me, this is one of those shots that is austin through and through. construction, high-rise condos, a government office building from the 80s, a concrete parking lot, and a closed food truck.

we are having some of the most miserable weather i have seen in atx in a long time - hovering between 1.6 and 4.5C (35-40F) and raining. not quite cold enough to make the rain snow/ice and have the city shut down, and not warm enough to be even remotely comfortable. we're harking back to boston days over here. okay, it's not quite that bad, but it was pretty cold nonetheless.
