Teamwork!

We had a lovely afternoon at Risley Moss with the Forest Fun group. It was great to get out as I've been hibernating for a few weeks, pouting because it feels as if winter is really, truly here. The weather was luckily pretty mild today, though, and kidlets and adults alike had a great time.

C-- Mommy, what are you gonna do when you're older?
Me- Me? Probably pretty much the same kind of things I'm doing now.
C-- No, you have to do things that you can't do when you're this size.

Now, she is right.. As adults we forget that we are supposed to be learning and growing all the time, evolving and all that jazz. Well said, Chickpea!
