Family table

My mother-in-law arrived today, towing this 3-meter long solid beech table. It was built by my husband's cousin and uncle and comfortably can seat 12 people. Said cousin had it in her former, grand house. But since her divorce, neither she nor the ex have room for it in their new homes. The house was recently sold and everyone was eager to keep the table, which I've coveted for years, in the family. So we are the very happy heirs - just in time for Thanksgiving - for which I am most grateful :)
