The Elephant and Calf.

There's an elephant in the room.  It's looming behind me.

I can see it.  I can feel it.  

It needs ousting. Off to do it.

Update: Elephant removal was a job offer that I hope I don't regret turning down but it is done & I'm pleased Elmer has gone. I have never turned a job down before and that was most peculiar.
