Santa Fe Depot in San Diego

We took the Amtrak Surfliner from San Juan Capistrano to its southern most point, the Santa Fe Depot (a.k.a. Union Station) in San Diego. This historic building was the starting and ending point of our adventure through parts of San Diego, mostly on foot.

We had a lovely day. At the end of the day we were ready for a relaxing trip home on the train.
