...flyer.

Couldn't decide between the one above and this one. The ride just finished as I realised I could get an angle on it in a puddle - I stood around like a muppet, guarding my puddle until new punters were strapped in and the ride started again.

Out for a run tonight - 10km in just over 55 minutes, and my second 10km this week. On track to hit my 800km target by the end of the year.
