104th Plenary of the Committee of the Regions

Day two in Brussels and it's a day of meetings which ended with the usual marathon plenary session of the Committee of the Regions.

This morning I attended the meeting of the European Alliance Group and got the chance to brief them on the publication of the Scottish Government's white paper on Independence, Scotland's Future. There was a lot of interest and at the end a lot of good luck messages from people from across the EU.
