Lupins at Lake Tekapo

Colour Challenge - Blue

GingerNan and I drove down to Lake Tekapo from Christchurch today, in awe of the amazing cloud formations that a strong Nor-wester was bringing over the Southern Alps.

Lake Tekapo is its usual gorgeous turquoise self and its turquoise was reflected up onto the bottom side of the clouds; a dramatic landscape. The lupins are wonderfully colourful at this time of the year.
