Barbados Blip (via Greenock)

The children from All Saints Primary School in Greenock have really taken the story of sugar on their doorstep to their hearts.

The artwork they've been making with Absent Voices artists, Anne McKay and Rod Miller, has been bold and beautiful.

It's been interesting for them to go on a sweet little mystery tour tour which has taken them from their home town of Greenock all the way to the Caribbean... in this case the island Barbados, which supplied much of the raw sugar which landed at James Watt Dock in their home town.
