That's the leftovers? Letmehaveit!!!

2 days ago I hid the frozen turkey in the garden, defrosted it in the spare bathroom and came home on thanksgiving day at 4 in order to prepare a Porto Rican thanksgiving feast for the hub and our fab neighbours. I made soullitos de maiz, (cheesy cornmeal sticks that are super morish), the turkey rubbing was boriquan style, the stuffing was mofongo, I made sofrito for the rice n beans a la PR and roasted root veg topped of with a dessert called trembleque!

Obviously our Porto Rican dog Haruki was going nuts - dying for some leftovers!
