Come on in!

This lovely rustic timber gate was sitting slightly ajar, almost inviting this photo. The property is one of the most beautiful on the Shipley Plateau. The park like grounds weren't always that way. When I first moved onto the Plateau it was a bear piece of ground. Fortunately for all of us it was purchased by a very, very creative landscape gardener who had the foresight so many years ago to plant the beautiful deciduous trees that are now thriving and showing their magnificent spring colours.
