Culinary assistance please...

I found this wonderful stainless steel sauce pan at a thrift store recently. Nice thick wall construction with a riveted handle. It appears to be possibly a 2.5 quart pan as is suggested by the part of the number stamped into the bottom of the pan.

Now then... does anyone have any idea as to who the manufacturer might be?

The only clue is in the two interlocking circles above the model number.

Does anyone recognize this logo? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
