What a beak!

Busy day - went to see my supervisor about my dissertation in the morning and then traveled to Derry to see my friend who has just had surgery.

Both went well - my friend is quite remarkable having had a major operation last week. I am in awe of the surgeons we have in our hospitals here! So many people complain about the NHS ....all I can say is, if you live in a third world country and see how much the health service do here, its fabulous!

And this is just a bird with something in his beak which has no relevance to the above whatsoever!!
