River walk

My river walk with the dog has become a little more of a challenge lately with the amount of mud now lying about.

I've got to be honest but the harsher the weather, the light and the scenery gets on the river here in Belton the more I like it. I like the fact I know I won't see anyone here and it always feels like I'm miles from anywhere in fact I thought of it yesterday as being nowhere despite being able to see the A47 a few miles to the North on a clear day. The silence out here is everything.
