Fyvie Castle

I had read in the local newspaper there was a Christmas Fayre at Fyvie Castle today, so after a Saturday brunch we headed in that direction. Fyvie is another National Trust property about 30 miles from Aberdeen.

It turned out the Christmas Fayre was a little disappointing as there were very few stalls, and we didn't find anything which caught out attention at the time. We stayed on for the Carol concert in the afternoon.

By the time we were heading back to the car park the sun was setting, and for a few minutes there was a nice sunset. It did not last more than a few minutes, so we were quite lucky to catch it for this photograph. So yet another sunset. We seem to be getting a lot of nice sunsets in the last couple of weeks, more than normal I would think.
