Dade Palm tree

I don't know the exact name of this pam tree but since childhood this type of palm-tree has impressed me. If I remember well, the first time I saw a picture of this tree was in a Dutch comic strip "Sjors en Sjimmie" who went to Egypt...

I always liked tropical vegetation, I don' t know why, most probably it is engraved in my genes or coming from past memories (deja vu) from a previous life ... who knows ?
