Blessed be this car!

We witnessed this unusual ceremony where people brought their 'valuables' to the cathedral in Copacabana to be blessed. The priest in cassock and baseball cap used a sponge on the end of a stick to dip in a bucket of water and then spray the car inside, outside and engine plus family members! All very serious, with professional photographers on hand to take photos of the event!
