Oil Rig Departure

I was in Broughty Ferry this afternoon and just happened to come across the departure of this rig from the yard in Dundee. Rather frustratingly I couldn't wait the 10 or 15 minutes it would have taken to get a photograph of the rig in position with Broughty Ferry Castle in the foreground. The sea was like a mill pond and there were some great reflections on the surface of the water. Conditions were perfect and as is often the case there quite a few people out snapping this spectacle which is fairly common these days.
