Chinese Class

I have started going to a school provided Chinese class once a week.. It's fairly elementary stuff but it's got some extension and it's fun..

This picture illustrates how difficult it can be as a language to learn. This is the family tree. In Chinese, there's a different word for every family member. Paternal and maternal grandparents each have a different word. Father's older brother/younger, older sister/younger sister. Mother's side.. the same. Older brother/sister younger brother sister. Cousins... I don't wanna go into it.
