Strange leaves

We are newly returned from my godmother's funeral in Yorkshire. We were blessed with a weekend of fine sunny autumn days.

Today, however, the cold is bone chilling and the skies are dark and grey. I have endeavoured to add a little cheer to the day with this colourful pile of dead and dying leaves. The colours are not, needless to say, straight out of the camera!
