Old wall

I admire the skill involved in building dykes like this - each stone carefully selected and placed - and while this one is obviously very old, there are examples locally of newly-built dry stane dykes, proving that the ancient craft is still alive. Lovely to see :-)

According to the Oxford English Dictionary the definition of 'dilapidated' is 'in a state of disrepair or ruin as a result of age or neglect'. Do you think this is a candidate for my Dilapidation Series?
