Autumn leaves, the colours fade away

I wanted to blip a Christmas market that was happening on campus today, but to be honest it was pretty rubbish! I'm no bah-humbug Scrooge, trust me (I made my husband promise not to say that he's not excited about Christmas in front of our tree, on the basis that it spends its whole life in the attic eagerly awaiting the festivities) but it was a bit so what.

That is why you're looking at these vividly coloured leaves instead! We're very lucky that campus has so many beautiful trees.

Today I've been feeling an undercurrent of fear and unease. This is emotional hangover from last Wednesday when I prevented a suicide, with the help of my friends.
