Spent the morning trekking around town trying to find a decent Secret Santa present. Got home, had lunch, chatted to Ron about radiators, made Christmas decorations.

In the evening I headed for Reading, and our department's Christmas meal. It was a buffet affair, and not a whole lot of meat-free choice. I ended up with a really weird mixture, including stir fried noodles, vegetable samosas and Greek salad.

The desserts made up for it. And the company. And my Secret Santa present: 2 colouring books and some jumbo crayons. Score.
