smokin' Woodvilla

oh to live in a cottage with a smoking chimney! now, i have a smoking chimney, in a semi on an avenue, but i'd love to own this place, on the edge of Watnall Woods. It's called Woodvilla, and as you walk towards it, the smell of the smoky chimney is inviting and welcoming.

had a rubbish nights sleep for once...first one in ages! so, to compensate, slept til 8am. off out this morning with Mrs Bet at the tattoo palour! she's having a couple of additions and i'm going along to see how much it hurts! afterwards we had half a pepperoni each at the Griffins Head, and then i headed home.

Lunch was the oxtail soup from yesterday (thank goodness for the port added to it!). afterwards a nice walk to the wood with Pete.
