..."AREN'T THEY LOVELY" ...

...A busy time for most - and even so many years ago, when we weren't even born..these lovely old Christmas Cards sometimes in the forms of Post Cards were sent between family and friends...

...This one is a TUCK'S POST CARD - Christmas Series No. 151 Tuck & Sons were the Art Publishers By Appointment to their Majesties - the King and Queen..at that time..

...And on the back of this sweet little Post Card sent to my Aunt 100 years ago - was this little verse:

"The children's day again is here,

The gladdest day of all the year,

Of old delights, and pleasures new,

May it hold goodly store - for you"
