Why?

Because it's simply the only picture I took today.

My head is filled with other things. We finally received an offer on our house which was anywhere close to being acceptable, but of course, the 'game' has to be played.
So we played a blinder. And we got we wanted.
Was it our asking price? No, but very close.
Here's hoping there's no hiccups from here on in.
