The Tandoor

One enduring memory of the India tour will be the Indian bread. Key to its success is the tandoor oven, charcoal fired and hot as hell. Nan bread cooks inside the oven in about 30 seconds and is delicious!
This is my last chance to watch it made, Swapan is an accomplished tandoor chef and kindly agreed to this blip.
