History on a oldBeach Hut.Dromana,Victoria,OZ.

My husband found this very old beach hut while walking. Beach huts are all old
now as no new ones are allowed to be build...To purchase one are extremely
expensive starting well over the 65 thousand dollar mark. They have to be
painted and made suitble for the pristine nature of all the beaches along
Port Phillip Bay from Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula.
