Polaris

This is Polaris or more commonly the North Star or Pole Star It is the best known and brightest star in night sky and forms part of the constellation Ursa Minor.

Reading that is was going to be a very clear and cold night (ideal weather for Photographing the night sky) Radar and I climbed Buckstone Hill, only we forgot about the wind!

So after a few shots we gave up and came home. This is the best of what we got, I realy want to head to a dark skys area one night....
