A happy lady

As I headed for my taxi I stopped to listen to a great sound from an accordionist and a fiddler in the shopping mall. They were raising money for Marie Curie cancer care. I put some cash in the bucket and this lovely lady, who was collecting with a can, came up to thank me and then said that she knew me! Apparently she has attended a couple of my talks and now is working in a similar area! We arranged to meet up in the New Year.... you just NEVER know where a simple act of kindness will lead...!
