EWB-USA NER Conference Day 3

EWB-USA members were captivated by a keynote address from Sam Vaghar of the Millennium Campus Network and two break-out sessions on Day 3 of the 2013 NERC. Breakout sessions ranged in topics from fundraising and networking strategies, to water distribution and solar power technical design, to community involvement in international development projects.
