WORDS & MEANINGS

Graffiti, whilst being unsightly when plastered around our towns and city, can sometimes make us smile or scratch our heads, the message behind this piece of urban scrawl eludes me but brought back to mind the best two I've ever read, both found on the latrine walls in my far off Army days, the first was for the Literary among us "Tolkien can be Hobbit forming", the second very up PC (This was the seventies you know)
Seems I broke some rules and the second bit of scribble has been suspended, i suppose it was a bit risqué
