The Remembering Tree

Another Sunday spent sorting out and decorating Mark's house. Yesterday was spent in exciting places like Dreams Beds and Oak Furniture Land. Quite a contrast to last weekend's Lakeland adventure. We ended up in Stratford late afternoon and saw the Remembering Tree which is in fron of the RSC. Here is what I found out about it on the internet....

"On the 1st December - a large tree in Bancroft Gardens was yarn bombed, forming The Remembering Tree. The Remembering Tree is a place to come together and reflect and celebrate those you love or have loved and lost. The tree is visible from many aspects of the town and will act as a colourful focal point over the festive period, giving people space and time to celebrate life in all its colours. It will in place for the duration of Christmas and into the New Year"
