Patterned socks

I forgot today was Sundayskies and the sky was grey and misty as it rained all day. I knitted these patterned sock before I went away so they have come in handy tonight for a blip. The Mermaid went off to Orkney this afternoon and the weather was so awful I just stayed in the house.
