Abs and something more

Today I felt sick sitting on the bus to work. When almost at the destination I vomited into my mouth, had to swallow it.. It wasn't so nice...

It has been a very interesting day as it is. Many thoughts, feelings, decisions... Lets see how this continues.

Have lost my muscles a bit though..
