Premier Inn stop over

Another night in a Premier Inn in Newark (UK) on route to visit our daughter. Her home is undergoing a refit of the heating system and it was meant to be completed today. Already 3 days of no heating so the house is very, very cold, at least it is warm at the Premier Inn. Completion date, probably Tuesday of next week - situation sound familiar?
