Spotted Frank sitting outside a local cafe in Tonbridge.

He was a delight to speak with and readily agreed to have his portrait taken -unlike yesterday's "Refusenik"!

He asked me to look out for him to show him the finished article (no access to internet) and although he doesn't know it, I'm planning to leave him a print at the cafe!
