Never in the UK!

Believe it or not, this beautiful Xmas tree is made up entirely from illuminated Mdina glass balls. It is situated on the street with no protection or barriers protecting it from weather or inquisitive hands. A health and safety nightmare!
Its not really on a slope though, I took this from a moving car!

Close by there is a stand selling far smaller balls for the tree in your home.
