A quiet night in.

A nice surprise on the telly. William Wallace.
Modern historians dispelling the myth of Wallace. When I was at Stirling Uni a couple of my lecturers were on this programme and they still seem as passionate as ever, which is nice. Interested in what one of the guys said about John Menteiths presence on the Declaration of Arbroath. I wonder what this would have meant to him as he did write a piece on this that highlighted that all the names on it didnt neccessarily mean they wanted Bruce as King. Therefore, there was not the unity it is believed the Declaration of Arbroath mythically portrays. Maybe another programme could be the story of the Declaration of Arbroath.
I would watch it.

A good watch and it was nice to hear Andrew Moray get a mention.
