The local area is undergoing big changes as the construction and scrap metal yards move out and new apartments and houses go up.

There used to be an old apartment block (blips here, and on the right here) right in front of this guy's house that went all the way up to where the bike in this photo is. He basically got no light in his rooms at all. He should enjoy it while he can because a new apartment block will no doubt be arriving in the near future.
