Another day dawns...

The last few weeks have been notable for some amazing sunrises, and sunsets. Today's sunrise was one of the best which is why blip is full of sunrise captures today, especially by blippers in Scotland!

I was out walking today, in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside around Newmachar, but none of my photos from the walk matched this one for colour. A great walk though, in incredibly mild weather for December, followed by a Christmas meal in a local hostelry.

Later a successful shopping session in the village gift and flower shop, which made a dent in my gift list, then packing for our annual pilgrimage to Plockton. Tomorrow morning we head west for a long weekend. I wonder what we will find that takes our fancy this year? There is so much choice and so many favourites to cram into four days! Watch this space!
