Princes Street from Calton Hill

It was a lovely bright day and it looked like the sunset would be good, so I walked to Calton Hill to get a few shots. It wasn't as good a sunset as I hoped, but the blip has come out quite well. Earlier, we went to see Philomena and really enjoyed it. Both Steve Coogan and Judy Dench were excellent and the dialogue finely balanced. It was appalling the way those women were treated by the Catholic Church. You'd like to think it couldn't happen now.
